Mark Pettingill appointed Chief Legal Officer at Clarien

Clarien Bank Limited (“Clarien”), has today announced the appointment of Mark Pettingill as Chief Legal Officer, following an extensive local and international recruitment process. 

Mark brings over 20 years’ experience to the position, including extensive conduct of Criminal and Civil trials. Previously, he was the Attorney-General and Minister of Legal Affairs for the Government of Bermuda. 

Mark’s appointment comes one month after the launch of Clarien, Bermuda’s newest privately held financial institution. The appointment reaffirms the bank’s commitment to recruit experienced and specialized talent to support the on-going local and international growth of Clarien in the pursuit of its mission to be a leading provider of financial services in Bermuda and globally.
