Man charged with sexually assaulting seven-year-old girl
A 34-year-old Sandys man was accused of sexually touching a seven year old girl and intruding her privacy on three occasions between September 1, 2004 and June 30, 2006.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was no required to enter a plea as the charges are indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner granted the man $25,000 bail and ordered he reappear for mention on June 12.
