Have you given your thoughts much thought? Our thoughts determine our health and happiness but are often overlooked when it comes to attaining true vitality.

Did you know that our thoughts move at the speed of light? Therefore, every thought we think, wraps itself around the globe seven times a second!

This means you’re sharing your thoughts with everyone on the planet and it affects everybody’s energy field.

If you are having negative thoughts, then it is not only impacting you but everyone around you and beyond. That means good thoughts are not only good for you but also good for everyone else.

This can be illustrated when we meet a happy person and their energy and positivity rubs off on us. But the same applies to negative people or ‘energy vampires’ who take energy away from you with their dim outlook on life.

It is common belief that we are the result of the five people we spend the most time with.

Spend time with happy, inspiring and ambitious people and that will be the person you become.

Hang around with negative-minded, critical and bitter people and these traits will become a part of you.

Happy emotions rise up in your body and create positive energy to make you want to do things. On the other hand, negative thoughts are heavy on the body, which is why we have trouble getting up for work if we hate our job.

This explains the startling fact that more people die at 9am on a Monday morning than any other time or day in the week! These people literally dread going into work so much that it kills them.

We must remember that thoughts create our reality. We should be able to choose every one of our thoughts, but only a healthy person can really choose their own thoughts.

Some people simply cannot stop thinking negatively because they have a sick body and only a sick body creates sick thoughts.

If you’re constantly in pain then this produces the thought of fear.

Fear produces stress hormones and makes the body stressed.

This commonly occurs when we are exposed to negative relationships and circumstances.

Negative energy will actually shift your electromagnetic field, which encourages negative thinking. That’s why it’s so important to stay motivated and gather yourself. The better your body feels, the less it will hurt but healing always starts with our thought processes.

When your digestion improves, your metabolism will improve. A lot of negative emotions are stored in the gastrointestinal tract. If we manage to flush these out then our thinking will improve.

When digestion improves you can also extract more energy from your food so you’ll have a fire in your belly and warmth throughout the whole body.

Your thoughts produce your reality. Positive thoughts produce levity. Negative thoughts produce gravity and will keep you down.

Stay elevated by staying positive.
