Ten Pins nearly doubled their lead in the East End Winter League with a 9-0 whitewash of Up-N-Comin. The victory moved them 11 games ahead of Pin Snipers, who lost 5-4 to Here We Come. Lane conditions proved to be tough as Dennis Trott's 189 was the high game. Matthew Viney (186) and Slim Wilson (183) were the next two best men. Rita Smith was the top woman with a 185 followed by Laurie Simons (182 and 177). Despite having two of the three highest games, Simons 477 total was only second behind Smith's 491. Maryell Jackson was third with a 459 series. Trott managed a 516 series with David Signor close behind at 504. Anderson Mason provided a fresh face to the high scores list with a 486.
