FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2: Darren Glasford will headline the Bermuda team at the Elite Caribbean Cycling Championships in Jamaica on September 17 and 18.
Glasford won the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Race earlier this year and will do the 70-mile road race along with Mark Hatherley, Shannon Lawrence and Adam Harbutt.
The team was announced on Wednesday.
Lawrence and Hatherley will also compete in the 20-mile time trial.
In other cycling news, Dominique Mayho and Tre-shun Correia head off to the Commonwealth Youth Games next week at the Isle of Man.
Mayho is fresh off the IBC Hamilton Criterium victory on Sunday and won the Caribbean Junior Road Race title two weeks ago in Puerto Rico.
Mayho and Correia will compete in a nine-mile time trial on Friday, September 9.
They will follow that up with a 51.7-mile road race on Saturday and a 50-minute plus five laps criterium on Sunday.
