Quickie Lickie cleans up

Nifty Rollers made sure they stayed atop the Continental Bowling League with a 19 to 11 victory over second place Pinjammers. Quickie Lickie Laundry moved into third with a resounding 23.5 to 6.5 triumph over fourth place The Invaders.

Other scores saw Bermuda Pest Control exterminate knock down Pinsplitters 25 to 5; New Hope double up Cubs 20 to 10; and Spicenix beat Odd Balls 18 to 12.

Pebbles Tucker rolled a 210 to edge Peaches Perinchief (203) and Barbara Robinson (203).

Tucker went on to bowl a 604 scratch series. Perinchief rolled a 566 while Jennifer Stovell had a 514.

Yummy Easton topped the men with a 238 and 610. Erwyn Bean (231), Jaron Tucker (224), Miles Smith (610), and Harry Bean (603) also had a good night at Warwick Lanes.

East End League

Here We Come took all nine games off of bottom team See-Breeze Strikers to move up the standings. Here We Come led all teams with 2,250 pins. Trailblazers beat Ten Pins 8-1 while league leaders Pin Snipers fell 5-4 to Fireballs.

Other scores saw Spare Collectors beat Habetes 8-1 while TLC took down Up-N-Coming 8-1.

Dennis Trott bowled a 213 as part of his 545 series. Tim Lodge (208), Troy Pitcher (189), Elliot Douglas (532) and Rudy Dill (524) all had a good night at Southside Family Bowl.

Linda Simons bowled a 197 as the foundation for her 484 series. Joanne Wellman had the high series with a 495, but Rita Smith (484) was close for top honours.

Smith rolled a 182 game while Maryell Jackson had a 182.

Fishbowl League

A top of the table clash between Goldfish and Barracuda saw both sides leave with two points. Third place Hinds was able to gain on the leaders with a 3-1 triumph over Wahoo.

Marlins took four off of Mackerel in the only whitewash of the week.

Other scores saw Flying Fish sail over Piranhas 3-1; Hammertheads and Tuna draw; Cow Pollies took three from Snappers; and Dolphins down Porgies 3-1.
