Snappers are now in the mix for the Fishbowl League after destroying Hinds 4-0 at Warwick Lanes. The emphatic victory moved them within one game off the lead of Marlins as they are not part of a five-team logjam at the top of the tables.

Richard Zuill was rolling well as he picked up a 244 game and 670 handicap series. Frances DeSilva (201) was the only other bowler to get a 200. Stephen Paul and Lucky Pitcher were a bit unlucky in getting 199s.

Cathee Tumbridge led women bowlers with a 190 with Yvonne Joseph (185) close behind. Prudy Spriggs had the third high score of 178.

High series honours went to Beverley Kozma (644), Joseph (620) and Nichole Burch (610).

John Thorne (647), Robert Moniz (623) and William Steede (608) were the next best men behind Zuill.
