Business Bermuda concluded a two-day series of hour and a half training sessions for members focused on interacting with international media while promoting Bermuda as a first-class financial jurisdiction.

Cheryl Packwood, CEO of Business Bermuda said: “Business Bermuda works very hard to ensure that members have up to date information so that a consistent and progressive message is delivered by all parties.

“These training sessions provided an opportunity for our membership to learn how to deliver the key messages about Bermuda and the strength of our jurisdiction and economy while interacting with media and potential clients in their travels around the world.

Engaged

“We hope that by giving members more information on how to promote Bermuda successfully, our reputation for excellence will continue to spread around the world.”

Whit Clay of Sloane & Company, a PR firm based in New York City, who presented the training sessions, said: “The sessions were very well attended by Business Bermuda members.

“All were very engaged in the development of presentations and finding new and innovative methods that will sell the jurisdiction and bring more business to help bolster Bermuda’s economy.”
