Juniors dropped from first

Haascobe climbed back into first with a 28 to two victory over the Bye team in the Barritt’s League. The win edged them one game in front of Pembroke Jrs. Who celebrated a 24 to six victory over Young Bloods.

Dean Lightbourn had a 243 game as he rolled his way to a 583 series. Gladwin Harvey had a 233 game which allowed him to scrape over 600 with a 601 series.

Donald Dane topped everyone with a 606 series while Hilton Hayward impressed with a 234 game.

A rare whitewash occurred when Pinjammers took all 30 points off of last place team Odd Balls. The win catapulted Jammers to a winning record and moved them a spot up the tables.

Patrice Tucker had a mammoth night as she rolled a 258 game and a 672 series to best all bowlers. Rosie Bean’s 223 game rolled into a 584 series while Peaches Perinchief was safely a member of the 200 club with a 220. Edna Mae Tuzo had a 564 series.

Stephen Paul led all men with a 234 game while Robert Wilson had the high series for a male with a 642. Wayne Kelly took his 232 game and bowled a 617 series. Also on the honours list were Wassy Smith with a 226 game and Anthony Hayward with a 632 series.
