WEDNESDAY, JULY 13: The Japanese car carrier Pacific Highway will roll into Hamilton this week with a shipment of 46 vehicles.
She is scheduled to arrive at the docks at 7am on Friday.
The Pacific Highway is one of a fleet of car carriers from Japan which service the Caribbean and Bermuda once a month.
Deliveries
The vessel’s last port of call was the Bahamas and she will only be in Bermuda for a matter of hours while the cars are unloaded.
She will then head back to the Caribbean at midday on Friday to continue her deliveries.
Meanwhile, this week sees the arrival of six cruise ships and all three container vessels.
The Veendam arrived in Hamilton yesterday and will head back to New York on Friday.
The Norwegian Gem and Celebrity Summit arrive at Dockyard today.
Their 4,400 passengers will be on- island until the ships head back to New York and Cape Liberty respectively.
The Bermuda Islander arrives tomorrow morning from Salem in New Jersey.
And the Oleander is scheduled to enter Bermudian waters on Sunday afternoon.
This Sunday sees the arrival of the Caribbean Princess and the Norwegian Dawn into the West End.
The Caribbean Princess is due into Dockyard at 8am.
She will be in Bermuda until 5pm when she heads home to New York.
The Norwegian Dawn will remain on island until Tuesday when she heads back to Boston.
