Jammers fall down the table

You could hear a pin drop - or in this case - a Pinjammers drop. The Freisenbruch-Meyer Continental League saw a widening gap at the top as Pinsplitters beat Pinjammers 21.5 to 8.5. Splitters now lead the Jammers by 30 games after the beat down. The loss allowed Cubs to slip into second place. Shirley Tuzo (235) and Anthony Smith (239) had the high male and female games. Wayne Kelly (223), Kenneth Simmons (219), Juliette Smith (211) and Rochelle Harvey (201) also rolled 200s. Anthony Smith had the high series with a 662. The other top men were Wayne Kelly (623) and Jaron Tucker (582). Tuzo was the top woman with a 598, followed by Harvey (549), and Kathy Christopher (539).

Commercial League

Double Trouble moved into a tie for first with BTC after beating Sweet Life 4-0. Jermaine DeSilva rolled a 255 to top all bowlers with Chris Leverock knocking down 245 pins. Kenny Ford was third with a 225.

The top lady was Christine Adams with an 185. Tiffany Glasford had a 174 and Brenda Jean Smith had a 171.

Adams had a 649 handicap series and Kalvin Smith had a 670.

June Dill rolled a 226 on their way to a 598 series. Rochelle Harvey turned her 225 into a 594. Helena Rawlins (217 game) and Patrice Tucker (537 series) also made the honours list.

Brion Estis had a 212 and 560 to lead the men in high game and a high series. Red Welch had a 179 game and Joanne Wellman had a 497 series.

Douglas Evans (205), Rudy Dill (191), Sandra Ford (482), Hazel Lodge (472) also bowled well.
