FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18: Intricate, decorative work of Gretchen Gurr is now on display at Rock Island Café, Reid Street.
She has 24 pen and ink drawings of wildlife including a fish, bird, goat, owl and crab hanging in the Reid Street café.
Sizes rang from 10”x10” to 16”x20” and they are priced between $100 up to $250.
The entire collection is in the style of the Penny piece she entered into the Masterwork’s Charman Prize of a Bermuda hog.
While Penny will be on display it will go to a new home when the show is over at the end of December.
