Harvey rolls 207, as Razorblades win

Will Harvey helped the Razorblades to a 14 to 6 triumph over Top Riders. Harvey rolled a 207 game as the foundation for his 518 series.

Spare Collectors rolled to a 14 to 6 triumph over Team Zone in spite of Quinton Hayward's 541. Hazel Lodge rolled a 427 for the Collectors. Kathydell Hayward-Ming continues to be one of the Perfect Storm League's top bowlers as she led the Dream Team to a 15 to 5 win over X-Em Out. Hayward Ming had the three top games by a woman with a 184, 178 and 166 for a 528 series. Rita Smith bowled a 443 series for X-Em Out.

Standings: 1. Razorblades 164.5-75.5; 2. Team Zone 141.5-98.5; 3. Spare Collectors 125.5-114.5; 4. X-Em out 106.5-133.5; 5. Top Riders 99-141; 6. Dream team 83-157.

Bericton Imports

Trio League

Starting Over suffered a rare defeat as Last Minute trounced them 13 to 5. Top Guns were able to gain on the leaders with a 14 to 4 triumph over Late Rollers. The other score saw Produce 14.5 to 3.5.

Vernon Daniels had the high game with a 215, barely edging Peter Winsby's 213. Renalda Bean (203) also topped the 200 mark. The top female bowler was Josie Richardson with a 189. Lynn Gilbert (179) and Vernette Ferguson (176) had the second and third high games.

Standings: 1. Starting Over 158-58; 2. Top Guns 137-79; 3. Last Minute 134.5-79.5; 4. Produce 109.5-106.5; 5. Late Rollers 83-133; 6. Missing in Action 26-190.

Barritt's League

Pembroke Juniors stamped their authority on the league when they beat second-place PHC 21 to 9. With that triumph, the Juniors are now 15.5 points ahead of their rivals.

Other scores saw Buy & Sell win 25 to 5 over Young Bloods, Southside One beat The Old & the New 23 to 7, Southside Two downed Stash T 25.5 to 4.5 and the Sparks burned Logic Rollers 25 to 5.

Commercial League

BTC shut down the presses as they beat the Royal Gazette 4-0. The victory helped them keep pace with Do It Best Masters who blanked Strikers 4-0. King Pins and Sweet Life both won 3-1 over Spinners and Sunset respectively. Anthony Smith rolled a 221 game to top all the men while the best lady was Chrystal Davis with a 196. Standings: 1. Do It Best 29-15; 2, BTC 27-17; 3. Double Trouble 27-17; 4. King pins 24-20; 5. Sunset 24-20; 6. Braves 23-21; 7. Strikers 22-22; 8. Royal Gazette 16-28; 9. Sweet Life 15-29; 10.
