There will be fun for all the family including a plant and bake sale, arts and crafts and Bermuda roses.
People can also enjoy a fashion show, flower arranging, pony rides and live music.
Tours of the house, the native woodlands and nurseries will also be available, hosted by the Gibbons family.
Palm Grove Estate was built by Edmund and Winifred Gibbons, and is now the home of grandson James and his wife Judy Gibbons.

The day’s celebrations also include talks and horticultural demonstrations.
Randolph Furbert and Quincy Burgess will discuss the bee crisis facing Bermuda; Manuel DeMelo will talk about choosing and propagating palms; Omari Dill will discuss healthy harvest; and Betsey Mowbray will speak about Bermuda Roses.
The fashion show starts at 1pm and features clothes from the Gibbons Company.
Children can enjoy pony rides from 11am to 12:30pm and from 1pm to 3pm.
They can also learn about bees and vegetable gardening, and plant seedlings in self-decorated pots.
The Palm Grove Estate covers 20 acres of land from South Road, Devonshire, down to the ocean.
It has a varied landscape, from manicured gardens to wild, natural terrain where endangered species live.
The estate is also famed for its 19-metre pool with a turf map of Bermuda.
Guests will also be able to view the aviary, orchard, vegetable garden and nursery.
The house was designed by Will Onions for entertaining guests with musical evenings and is also home to a collection of contemporary art and black and white photography.
The birthday celebrations take place this Saturday, from 10am to 4pm.
All proceeds will benefit The Garden Club of Bermuda’s scholarship programme, and other environmental and horticultural causes.
