BELCO conducts emergency repairs on Cavendish Road Thursday and Friday

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2: BELCO wishes to advise motorists that emergency excavation work will begin at 10 AM on Thursday, June 3, to repair a high-voltage underground transmission cable on Cavendish Road.  Work is expected to continue into Friday evening, June 4.

Crews will be working on Cavendish Road, in the Westbound Lane that leads into Hamilton.  Traffic lights will be in place between Hibiscus Lane and the top of the Lane.  As traffic delays are expected, ,motorists are urged to use other routes.

BELCO thanks motorists for their cooperation, as crews carry out emergency repairs.
