Barritt's League rarity: a 30-0 whitewash

Pin Raiders climbed to within a half game of second after dropping a 30-0 goose egg on The Old and The New. It was a rare whitewash in the Barritt's League.

Jermaine DeSilva rolled a 254 while Anthony Smith had the second high game with a 234. Chris Leverock and Dean Lightbourn both had 227 games.

DeSilva also had high series with a 649, but that was only four pins better than Vernon Daniels. Leverock's 616 was good enough for third.

Pat Price rolled a 211 on her way to a 574 series, but the high women's game was bowled by Susanne Bradshaw with a 214. Josie Richardson (203) also rolled a 200. Ruth Lewis (550) and Carla Whitehurst (538) also bowled well.

Dwayne Lewis (247) had the high men's game, but Jermaine DeSilva had the high series with a 651 thanks in part to his 231 game. Wayne Kelly (225, 636) and Damien Matthews (619) also rolled well.

Fishbowl League

Mackerel beat Barracuda 3-1 to slightly increase their league lead.

Patrice Tucker was the only woman with a 200 as she rolled a 216. Brenda Burrows (195), Judy Aldred (189), Yvonne Joseph (189), Deborah Botehlo (188), Paula Georges (187), Vernell Harvey (183) and Barbara Smith (183) had the next best games.

Botehlo earned high handicap series honours with a 622. Barbara Smith (648), Burrows (608), Aldred (603) and Georges 9603) also topped 600.

Commercial League

Double Trouble split its four-game set with Strikers but still managed to increase its lead by a game as Do It Best was disconnected by BTC.

Wayne Raynor had a great night with a 237 game and a 644 handicap series. Malcolm Woodley (227) and Junior Campbell (206) also rocked the lanes with 200s. Marilyn Simmons had the high game for a woman with a 182 while high handicap series honours went to Marie Ford and her 621.

Spicenix moved within half a game of first after destroying The Invaders 28.5 to 1.5.

Harold Minors rolled a 258 game on his way to a 588 series. Phillip Francis took high series honours with a 615. Michael Lambe (226), Wayne Kelly (216) and Stephen Paul (582) also rolled well.

Marie Richardson had a 210 game while Shirley Tuzo bowled a 208 as the foundation for her 585 series. Kenneisha Simmons (206, 550) and Winnette Wellington (573) also had a good night at Warwick lanes.
