Salon Store adds Naturescape Spa

A business is expanding and adding two employees.

The Salon Store will add the Naturescape Spa to its title as well.

Owned by Ozzie Hinds and Janet Glaze-Hinds, The Salon Store opened four years ago to meet the needs of the salon industry. It has since added products for the retail market, and starting today will offer spa services. Mr Hinds said the motto of the spa is “Escape the nature in the city”. 

He said the cosmetic centre and spa came as he “saw an opportunity in the market. There is public demand and need. Even though we are in a recession and things are tight in the Bermuda... we are going to make sure we are eating well and our bodies are taken care of.”

He had extra room at the Salon Store and consumers always want a quality product. Customers will be able to get facials, massages and waxing services.

Mr Hinds says his technicians will be using the organic-based product Eminence. 

“We have hired two new people and there are vacancies for another two or three people depending on the demand.”
