Bermudian culinary student Sajni Richardson was praised in an article about a fine dining restaurant at her high school, St Johnsbury’s.
Her fish duo dish features a fishcake on a bun and grilled tuna, with a salad of grilled corn and beets.
Seven Days reporter Alice Levitt writes, “Richardson’s dish is a duo of fish that celebrates the holiday season, Bermuda style.”
