It’s been billed as ‘the most epic nighttime beach party in Bermuda’ and it’s guaranteed if you go you are going to get a good soaking.

Snorkel Park Beach is about to be transformed into a water park for the fifth annual Heineken Wet ’n’ Wild.

Just in time for the returning students, the event features all things wet from water trucks, a mega slide and swimming pools to water slides, sprinklers and water guns.

Lovers of soca, reggae, hip hop, dancehall, and rave flock to the beach annually to dance, get wet and enjoy a few new party features this year.

There will be a mechanical bull, as well as a 25ft slide and a 20 foot beach ball bouncing around the crowd as well as a light show.

DJs

The party, organized by OffLevel and YGS Entertainment, includes a red hot musical line up of DJs including Rusty G, Twinn Star, YGS, D’General, DJ Smokey and is hosted by DJ Chubb and Vybez Alliance.

David Furtado of YGS Entertainment told the Bermuda Sun: “We have added more attractions then last year to add hype to our 5th year and expect to see over 2,000 custom water guns we will be giving away on arrival as well as many more water sprinklers to add to the intense light show.

“We’ve added a couple more djs as well and a lot more free giveaways by our sponsors Heineken.

“This event stands out because it’s the first official summer event party that everybody looks out for all year long! Its the perfect event to greet your friends after not seeing them all year. Everybody’s finishing university exams  and is stress free. Each year we add things to make it exclusive and, most important, fun. That’s what our promotion is all about. We make the event different every year by adding different attractions and top quality music entertainment. The name of the event says it all!”

In addition to all this there will be stage contests, fun games and Heineken super soak shot girls as well as professional photography. Ziplock bags will be handed out on arrival.
