Bermudians responded magnificently when Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines in November.
The storm killed more than 6,000 people and devastated the country.
There are many connections between the Philippines and Bermuda and we reported on current and former Bermuda residents hit by the tragedy.
Overseas relief organizations spring into actions and through their Bermuda branches tens of thousands of dollars in aid was sent from the island.
Now those efforts have been formally acknowledged in a video which shows the rebuilding efforts taking place in the Philippines, as well as the gratitude, joy and resilience of the region's people.
