Janika Roberts, 30 of Sandys and is the salon manager for Salon Pink on Parliament Street.

Describe your style.

My style is just that “My Style”. I have no real definitive answer, my style is ever changing. Some days I can dress a little “street chic” and others more of a polished look with uber feminine detail, bohemian when I wear flat or ankle boots, or streamlined and structured when sky high heels are in my sights. It’s hard to pin point as just like our moods, fashion will
always change.

My most consistent style would have to be my colour palette. I mainly stick to black, white, navy, jewel tones, gold and neutral colours — they are the best colours for mix and matching of prints.

Where do you shop for clothes?

Anywhere, if there is an item that catches my eye and it’s in my size I don’t care where it comes from to be honest as long as it complements my style aesthetic at that time.

Walk us through your current outfit. Where did each item come from? And how much did each item cost?

I’m wearing a black leather mini skirt, garage, white tank with black piping — H&M & Black & White Knit Sweater — H&M, Black Leather Sleeved Jacket — Mango & Black Open Toe Thin Strap Heels — Steve Madden. I have had these pieces for some time now so prices would be hard to quote just remember that when you wear colours such as black and/or white and its tailored you always look like a “million bucks”.

Three products you could not do without?

Guinot Lait Hydra Fraicheur (daily face wash), Guinot Lotion Hydra Fraicheur (toner).

Which outfit makes you feel sexiest?

Obviously, anything that shows off my legs — dresses, skirts, shorts and of course heels.

Most stylish Bermudian?

I would have to mention Tammy Richardson — she always looks chic and timeless; one of my best friends Sophia Greaves — she has an insane shoe and handbag collection and our female senior citizens, I implore you all to take a closer look as there are many with incredible senses of style and I always appreciate the quality (fabric, cut & detail) of their garments, as in this era it tends to be more “quantity versus quality”

Most stylish celebrity?

Kate Moss of course…she is my ultimate (living) style icon.

Top three albums or tracks you’re listening to right now?

The tracks I am listening to at the moment are, Tornado by Jonsi, Royals by Lorde and Hold on We’re Going Home by Drake

Apps you can’t live without?

Whatsapp would be the app that would certainly put a frown on my face if it disappeared.

Favourite social media platform/s?

Anyone who knows me would know that I am not a big social media person; I mean I have all of them but… rarely log on!
