Vanity Fair is working on what is said to be a very revealing story on actress Gwyneth Paltrow. The interesting part is that Paltrow has refused to cooperate with the piece and emailed her friends and encouraged them to boycott the magazine.
She even went as far as to tell her celebrity friends to not “do” the magazine. Well Jay-Z didn’t listen because he was on the cover in September.
Back to Gwyneth. According to Radar Online, Gwyneth is fighting back and threatening to destroy the magazine before they can publish their epic piece about her.
The forthcoming article is rumoured to expose her alleged infidelities with Miami hotelier Jeff Soffer, among many other salacious items about the star.
Soffer is married to supermodel Elle Macpherson while Paltrow’s husband is Chris Martin, the lead singer of Coldplay.
Paltrow has called the allegations “one big lie”.
It seemed the story had been spiked since it wasn’t published in the last issue. But the word is that it will be publish — we just don’t know when. So what does Vanity Fair have on Gwyneth that she desperately doesn’t want published? I mean, yes an affair is bad but is it really that bad in Hollywood?
I want to know the dirt and I want it now! Hopefully the story will appear in the January issue, providing an early Christmas present for all of us gossip fiends.
Comedian Kevin Hart recently donated $250,000 to the struggling Philadelphia Public School System.
The money is set to go towards buying 500 new computers. The schools have been suffering due to budget cuts with 24 schools closing over the summer and thousands of teachers laid off.
In an interview with Hott 107.9, Philly’s Morning Show, Hart said: “I felt like the city was in a time of need.
“I feel like it’s good to step up and show kids that regardless of where I’m at in my life now, I once sat in the same seat they sit in.
“This city made me, so me reaching back is me showing them, you have the same opportunity that I had, and it’s just time to make the best of it. You’re not alone. You have people like me that care and hopefully me doing what I’m doing will provoke other people to step up and do the same and help out when they can.”
I thought this was very commendable. It’s always gratifying to see a celebrity give back, especially when it benefits their own
community.
