Victoria Grill and Rumbar Restaurant has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, it was announced today.

The restaurant and bar feature southern coastal cuisine and innovative price pricing of $20 over retail for all bottles of wine.

Only establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor are given the accolade. It honours hospitality excellence and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.

Victoria Grill is managed by Kevin Rhyno and Tom Tabor is the chef.

A press statement said: “Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

“To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

“Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.”

Kevin Rhyno, Manager ofVictoria Grill said: “Victoria Grill is thrilled to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

“Truthfully we have been trying very hard over the past year to deliver great value every single visit.

“We strive to offer our customers a memorable experience, and this accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor, which as many will know, is an open review forum which we have no control over.”
