Son replaces dad on Mandarin Oriental board

In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange Mandarin Oriental International Limited has announced changes to the company’s board of directors.

The company said effective May 15, 2013, Simon Keswick is to step down as chairman of the company and will continue as a non-executive director.

He will be replaced as Chairman by Mr. Ben Keswick.

On May 15, Ben Keswick will also replace Simon Keswick as chairman of Dairy Farm Holdings Limited.

Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: DFIBD.BH) has announced changes to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Simon Keswick will continue as a non-executive director.

And Ben Keswick will replace Simon Keswick as chairman of Hongkong Land Holdings Limited.

The effective date will once again be May 15, 2013 and Simon Keswick will continue as a non-executive director.
