A 47-year-old woman appeared in court today for allegedly threatening teachers at her son’s school.
Carol Ann Bailey of Devonshire pleaded not guilty to uttering threatening words to Silitha Thomas on June 25.
She allegedly said: “I heard you were picking on my son and you better watch your back because I’m going to find you and get you. I’m going to get you. Watch your back. I’m going to look for you when you’re outside and get you. Better watch your back.”
Ms Bailey also denied uttering threatening words to Donika York by saying: “I’m going to get you. I’m going to get you. Watch your back”.
The threats were allegedly made during Whitney Institute’s school leaving ceremony on June 25.
Ms Bailey was granted $2,000 bail with one surety and must return to court next month.
