The good results keep coming for Nisbett

It’s proving to be one hot summer for Patrick Nisbett.
The equestrian rider is continuing to put up good results as he works towards the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky in September.
Nisbett, on Cantaro, was fourth in the Austria CSI three star grand prix event. Nisbett said: The first day Milton des Cresles was 11th of 50 in the 1.40m jumping clear. Cantaro had an unfortunate four faults in the 1.50m. The second day Cantaro had one down in the 1.50m but still finished 12th. He jumped fantastically. Then on the Sunday Cantaro was fourth of 40 in the GP jumping double clear.”
Prior to that Nisbett also had a good showing in Pforzheim, Germany
He said: “Milton des Cresles was seventh in the middle tour (1.40m) the first day I had one down with Cantaro in the 1.50m class. On the second day Cantaro was double clear in the 1.45m finishing ninth out of 60 riders.
“I decided not to ride GP but jumped the middle tour final 1.50m finishing seventh out of 40 with a clear in first round and 4 faults in the jump off.” n
