Robin Hood steals one from the Renegades
Robin Hood posted five runs in the fifth inning to steal the lead, as they edged Renegades by 9-7. Algernon Busby (3 RBI) went deep before Graham Jack doubled home the game-winning runs for the Bandits. Dwayne Basden (4 RBI) hit a pair of two-run homeruns to lead Renegades.
Marsh scored 15 runs in the sixth inning to break open the game, rolling to a 22-6 win over AF Smith. Joel Dzember (4/5, 7 RBI) homered and doubled twice for Marsh, who had held a slim 7-6 lead heading into the late inning. Dan Kidd hit a two-run shot for AF Smith.
Docksiders Tuff Dogs stampeded Deloitte by 20-5 in five innings. Ryan Outerbridge (3/4, 4 RBI) and Ross Dowling (2/3, 3 RBI) homered, and Dion Collum (2 RBI) added three hits. Jason McLaughlin (3 RBI) hit a solo homerun in defeat.
D&J Construction edged Bermuda Blueprinting by 15-13 on a walk-off three-run homerun by Jahmall Mills. Ben Haplin (3 RBI) added another homerun for D&J. Ernest McCallan (HR) drove in five runs in the narrow loss.
TBI High Speeders opened with six runs, then added five more in the second, as they blasted KPMG by 16-2. Rahji Edness (4/4, 5 RBI) and Bradley Barton (3/4, 4 RBI) homered to lead TBI. James Makin (2/2) doubled home both runners for KPMG.
KPMG then dropped the tail end of a doubleheader, falling 12-4 to HSBC. Ray Neal (5 RBI) homered and added a bases-clearing double to pace HSBC, while Karen Campbell drove in two in support. Rob Dalton (2/3) knocked in two for KPMG.
Snowballs opened with 17 runs, as they stormed past ACE by 22-7. Andy Yonda (3/4, 5 RBI) and Andy Soucie (4 RBI) connected for first inning grand slams, while Carol Monaghan (2/3) drove in three runs. Les Dziwenka (2/2, 3 RBI) homered for ACE.
Tuff Dogs batted around in three different innings, as they cruised over Little E's by 30-15. Justin Barritt (5/6) homered and drove in five runs, while Stephanie Rego (4/5) drove in four. Steve Velotti (4/4, 9 RBI) slugged two homeruns, including a grand slam, for the E’s.
