Prime becomes a BSX listing sponsor

Prime Management has been approved as a listing sponsor with the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

The company, a specialist fund administrator, can sponsor applications for new listings on the BSX for a range of securities, including investment funds, insurance-linked securities and depository receipts. John Whiley, head of Prime’s specialized collateralized reinsurance and RLI services group, said: “Our ability to act as listing sponsor to catastrophe bonds and investment structures devoted to the RLI market will greatly enhance the scope of our product offering to our RLI clients and demonstrates our commitment to being the top administrator servicing the RLI market.”
