FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14: Pin Snipers went to the top of the Perfect Storm League with a resounding 19 to 1 victory over 10 Pins Down. Snipers now hold a three game lead over Zone Team, which beat Strikers 13 to 7 in their match.
Quinton Hayward had both the high game and high scratch series with a 236 and 624. Elliott Douglas rolled a 225 on his way to a 608 series while Malcolm Clarke (215) and David Abraham (595) both made the honours list.
Laurie Simons used her 180 game as she rolled her way to a 500 series, edging Glo Hayward’s 499 for top honours among the women. Hayward had a 177 game as part of her series.
Carolyn Welch had the top game by a woman with a 181 and Rita Smith rolled a 477 series.

Mixed Majors League
Unpredictable gave the Troublemakers a 17 to 3 beating to lead the league after one week.
Anthony Smith managed to have the high series of 714 without having one of the three high games, a mark of consistency from game to game.
David Maycock rolled a 257 on his way to a 669 series. Jermaine DeSilva (248) and Carl Reid (247) had the next two highest games.
Matthew Viney had the third highest series with a 653.
Pat Price and Josie Richardson had the women’s high series with a 545 with Roslyn Simmons third with a 528.
Juanita Darrell had the high game with a 212 followed by Peaches Perinchief (212), Richardson (200) and Patrice Tucker (200).
