Teresa Perozzi is ready to rumble for the biggest fight of her career against Russian glamour girl Natascha Ragosina with seven belts on the line in Germany tomorrow night.

And confident Perozzi shrugged off her underdog tag and predicted: "I'm bringing those belts home'.

Formidable Ragosina, nicknamed by some in the European press as "the Sexy Assassin" has a 16-0 record with 11 knockouts and is a huge star in her adopted home country. She is a massive favourite with bookies having the odds of her winning as 1 to 50. Press have descended on Magdeburg to cover the fight, which will be screened live across Europe.

And they are all expecting a comfortable victory for Ragosina, who posed with all seven belts making a victory sign at the pre-fight press conference on Wednesday.

Perozzi, who sparred briefly with the Russian for the cameras at the conference held in a shopping mall, insisted: "I don't mind being the underdog. But I'm ready to take those belts so I can be the one. "I really feel that this is my time. It doesn't get any bigger than this. This is the biggest fight in women's boxing."

Perozzi v Ragosina tops the bill for the 'Sieben auf einen Streich' - or 'Seven at one Stroke' boxing night at a classy hotel in the East German town.

The fight is already sold out and working-mum Perozzi admits the hype surrounding her opponent is a little overwhelming.

"I think there was a bit of an intimidation factor there at the press conference. They were saying she's been training in the mountains and that kind of thing. But, I think, they know it's not going to be easy. Right now, I want it over with. I'm tired of talking about it, I just want to get in the ring and get the job done."

She has no problem with Ragosina's glamour-girl image but believes her opponent might be too worried about her looks for her own good.

"I know she does modelling for fashion magazines and stuff like that. The ones I have seen were pretty classy. It's nice to see a female athlete, particularly a boxer, that can be promoted as glamorous. It's good for the sport."

"But I know she doesn't like to get hit in the face and as long as I do what I need to do, she's not going to like it."
