Some programmes will face the axe after Bermuda was relegated to Division 3.
Reginald Pearman, president of the Bermuda Cricket Board, said as a result of moving down a division the board may have to “axe a few programmes.
He added: “It is what it is. We didn’t do as well as we could have.
“Hopefully, we’ll bounce back sometime. The way the ICC is doing things right now, everything is up in the air. Everyone is complaining how they are treating the associates.
“We haven’t helped our cause much.
“A lot of hard work went into what happened. We’ve been to the top and now we’ve got to try and get back up. Cricket will always be around, some of us won’t be. I’ve already served notice that my time is up, but hopefully we can work with our youth and they can get us back up on that plateau again.”
Pearman had previously announced he was stepping down at the end of this term.
