FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16: This weekend will see the last Olde Towne Market for the year.
The market will take place on Water Street on Sunday from 2pm.
Stalls will sell knit, crochet and sewn crafts, jams and preserves, plants, jewellery, accessories, purses, silk and cotton clothes, scarves, artistic cookies and jars, National Trust books, Christmas gift baskets and stocking stuffers.
There will also be fresh carrots and kales.
Food vendors will sell baked breads and cookies, vegetarian soups and stews, as well as fish chowder and traditional Christmas Stollen.
For the children, there will be fun castles at the west end of Water Street.Restaurants open for lunch include Wahoo Bistro & Patio, Polaris at Carriage House, Tavern by the Sea and Griffin's at St George's Club.
Most St George's shops will be open on Sunday during the market’s hours, including Robertson's Drug Store, Frangipani, English Sports Shop, Vera P Card, Book Cellar, the Island Shop, Bermuda Linens & Gifts, Needles Etc, Conscious Vibes Fair Trade, CV Cafe and Whistlin' Frog.
