Men's Division

Sun Control 22,

AF Smith Bulldogs 11

Steven Simons (4-5) two homers helped Sun Control double up A.F. Smith. Shawn Palmer (3-5) gave Smith a brief 4-2 lead in the first when he doubled home two runs. Karl Koissonneault (4-4) homered in the loss for the Bulldogs while John Towers was 3-4.

Chris Coleman (4-4, 4 RBI) and Matthew Hayward (5-5, HR, 5 RBI) made it to base safely every at bat for Sun Control.

Women's Division

P & M Electricutes 20,

EACy Grls 3

Kortney Cotton (4-4) was perfect at the plate for the Electricutes as team-mates Carla Zuill (3-4) and Diane Blais were both 3-4. Cotton, Blais, Zuill and Stephanie Rego all doubled. Akanke Parsons was 2-3 for Grls.

A Division

Precision Cabling Panthers 18, BNTB Bulldawgs 25

Donnie Moniz (4-6, 7 RBI) hit for the cycle as the Bulldawgs rolled off this victory. Brian Ward (5-5), Mike Salloum (5-5) and Matt Gorrell (5-6) also got the job done for the bank.

Panthers started strongly and kept pace with Butterfield through three innings, but their bats fell cold. It was a solid effort by Panthers who fielded three women and were only playing with nine fielders. Jevanie 'Smoky' Fubler (5-6) and Preston Mallory (4-6, HR) set the table for Panthers, but no one else had more than three hits.

Docksiders Tuff Dogs 21, Marsh Madness 6

The Dogs kept their record perfect with a mercy win over Marsh. Docksiders first three batters - Ryan Gaglio, Ryan Outerbridge and Justin Barritt - were a combined 10-10 with another five batters going 2-3. Gaglio and Steve O'Flynn (2-3) both homered.

Darren Green (3-3), Mike Sterzuk (3-3) and DC Larrier (2-2) did their best to keep Marsh in the game.

B Division

Robin Hood 13, Bermuda Blueprinting 24

John Stephens (5-5) and Dennis Joell (4-5) tormented the Hood with hits all over the field. The pair had seven doubles between them and drove in seven runs. Garic Swainson (4-5) was the team's power supply with three homers.

Eugene Dean and Brent Preece were both 2-4 for Hood with Preece knocking one out of the park.

PwC 17, Scared Hitless 18

Dave Lade (4-5) was the hero for Scared Hitless as he drove in the winning run in the bottom of the seventh. PwC scored all their runs in the first five innings with Scott Slatel, Britt Burns and Scott Wheeler all going 3-5 with a homer. Owen Darrell (4-4) was perfect from the leadoff spot for Hitless while LeVore Bassett and Jason Wade were both 3-5 for the winners.[[In-content Ad]]
