Men's League

Tuff Dogs 26, AF Smith 1

Danny Cook pitched a three-hitter as he limited A.F. Smith to just one run in a mercy win for the Dogs. The victors scored 14 times in the third and eight in the fourth to put this game out of reach early. Mark 'Butter' Herauf was 4-5 with four RBI while Ryan Gaglio (3-4, 5 runs) and Paul Aviles (3-4) aided in the easy triumph. Justin Barritt (2-5) had the game's only home run.

Sun Control 23, Precision Cabling Panthers 18

Panthers battled back from an early deficit to take a brief lead in the fourth inning before losing grip of this game. Mclaren Lowe hit two late inning homers, including a grand slam to help Sun Control to a win over their rivals. Matthew Hayward also homered for the winners.

Dion Ball (4-6), Adam Mattal (5-6) and Tracey Bean (5-6) were the top hitters for Precision Cabling.

Women's League

Lady Giants 10,

P & M Electricutes 29

A 14-run fourth inning by the Electricutes sparked them to the mercy win. Stephanie Rego 4 runs, 5 RBI), Dianne Blais (6 RBI, 3 extra base hits), and Alicia Miller (3 RBI, triple) were all 4-5 for P & M.

Sara Robinson and Krystal DeSilva were both 2-3 for Giants with both Makeeba Peets and Tashae Thompson picking up two RBI.

C Division

Citi 11, KPMG 13

KPMG scored 11 times in the first two innings and then held off a late comeback attempt by Citi. Adam Smith and Peter Dahill were both 3-4 for KPMG with Dahill and Paul Larkin smashing home runs.

Mike Gentile was the big man for Citi with a homer, 4 RBI while batting 3-4. Both Mike Korff and Jason Cheng were 2-4 in the loss.

TPC 19, BNY 6

Jumaine Davis slapped around five hits in five at bats as TPC won this game by scoring 14 times in the last two innings after putting four on the board in the first. Kyle Ball was 3-5 in the win.

John Jackson was 3-4 for BNY as no other batter got more than one hit.[[In-content Ad]]
