Softball
KPMG gets hammered
Richie Madeiros (3/5, 5 RBI) hit a pair of homeruns to pace his team, with Adam Mattatal (3/5) bringing home two.
Jennifer Kearns and Laura Macdonald each drove in a run for KPMG.
HSBC scored eight runs in the third inning and closed with another ten, as they blasted MCS by 26-11.
Gary Carr (4/4, 4 RBI) homered and Marc Wetherhill (3/5) drove in five runs to lead HSBC.
Marcel Zettler (4/4) collected four extra-base hits to drive in eight runs for MCS.
TBI High Speeders scored five times in the final inning to pull out a 14-13 win over PwC Onions, with the winning run coming around after a fatal error.
Allen Richardson (3 RBI) drove in the tying run, then came around to score the game winner. Zach Rothman (3/4) drove in five runs and Scott Wheeler hit a three-run homerun in the loss.
A Division
Little E's took the checkered flag with a 15-2 victory over ACE.
Chris Larkin (4/4, 5 RBI) led the pack with a grand slam, and Robyn Bungay drove in two runs in support.
Jenn Hanson and Christina Abbott drove in the runs for ACE as the men were shut out.
Tuff Dogs scored six runs in the first inning, the difference in the game as they scaled White Mountains Re for a 17-12 win.
Kevin Taylor (5/5, 5 RBI) pounded two homeruns and Stephanie Rego drove in two for Tuff Dogs.
Eric Haller (3 RBI) homered twice and Joe Barroso (3 RBI) added another in defeat.
Sea Venture doubled up Snowballs by 16-8 to move into a tie for first place in the division.
Chris Coleman (3/4, 5 RBI) slammed two homeruns to lead SVOS. Andy Soucie hit a two-run shot for Snowballs.
