Kentucky Fried Chicken delists from the BSX

TUESDAY, AUGUST 16: The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) confirms the delisting and last trade date of Kentucky Fried Chicken (Bermuda) Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: KFCB.BH) common shares.

Further to the announcement of 15 July, 2011, regarding the intention of Kentucky Fried Chicken (Bermuda) Limited to delist the Company’s common shares from the BSX, the BSX advises that, in keeping with the requirements of the BSX Listing Regulations, the delist date of the common shares of the Company has been set for Wednesday, 12 October, 2011.

The final trading date for the shares will be Friday, 07 October, 2011, in order to accommodate the settlement of any out-standing trades in the Company’s shares.
