FRIDAY, JUNE 17:

Cricket

The BCB Summer Cricket Clinic still has space available. The Clinic runs from 9am-3pm at Berkeley Institute and costs $100 a week starting July 4 finishing on August 5.

The camp is for boys and girls seven to 13. Parents have the option to sign up their children for one week up to all five weeks of the camp.

The Summer Cricket Clinic gives enthusiastic young cricketers the opportunity to learn and improve upon the basics of bowling, catching and batting with an emphasis on participation, team spirit and fun! Players participate in regular games against each other and other camps.

Softball

The Summer Softball League AGM will be held at the Robin Hood upstairs lounge on June 29 at 6pm. Everyone interested in putting in a team for the summer league should attend this meeting.

There will be free food and drinks.

Comets

The Long Distance Comet Race will start at the West End Sailboat Club at 11am on Monday and finish at the East End Mini Yacht Club in St. George’s some time around 2pm.
