Bermuda Amateur Softball Association and the Government of Bermuda announced that they will be celebrating the occasion of Mike Preece being inducted into the International Softball Hall of Fame.

Preece becomes the only Bermudian of any sport ever to be inducted by an International Sports Governing Body to an International Sporting Hall of Fame.

They will be having a black tie dinner / ceremony at the Hamilton Princess on Saturday, June 14, starting with cocktails at 6:30pm.

Softball season to start

The first game of the Summer Softball League are slated for next Monday with the PCS Panthers taking on A.F. Smith in a men's division game at 6pm at Bernard Park.[[In-content Ad]]
