David Burch to resign from Cabinet and Senate

MONDAY, APR. 4: David Burch, Minister of National Security and Government Senate Leader, is expected to resign today.

While the reports are unconfirmed, Deputy Speaker of the House Wayne Perinchief is expected to take over the Ministry after an announcement is made this morning.

And former police commissioner Jonathan Smith will take Sen. Burch’s seat in the Senate.

The Cabinet reshuffle is taking place at Government House this morning.
