BTC and Sweet Life battling for Commercial lead
Commercial League
BTC kept pace with Sweet Life in the Commercial Bowling league with both teams snatching all the points from their opponents.
Wayne Raynor edged John Adams for top game by two pins when he rolled a 205. Quinton Perinchief had a 196.
The top lady was Marie Ford with 185. Malikah Symonds (185) and Shirieka Lambert (174) had the second and third high games.
Geraldine Harris had the high handicap series with a 649, with Ford a close second at 638. Sylvia Richardson was third with a 626.
The top man was Quinton Perinchief with a 649 - good enough to equal Harris.
Anthony Smith (621) and Raynor (614) were second and third.

Pinjammers crossed the 400 win plateau with a 27.5 to 2.5 triumph over New Hope. They now lead the league by 32 games with Spicenix the next closest team.
Bruce Benevides knocked down 258 to edge Woody Jones' 247 for high game. Allen Thompson had the third high game at 234. June Pitt led the women with a 215 and Kenneisha Simmons eking over 200 by one pin. Both Kathy Christopher and Ollivette Armstrong missed their 200s by one pin.

Robert Dill's 235 was only good enough for third high men's game as both Kelvin Burt (245) and Miles Smith (266) were terrific for the Tuesday night league last week.
Carla Whitehurst also bowled well with a 237. Joan Burgess (207) and Laura Simons (206) also topped the 200 mark.
Smith (668), Carl Reid (618) and Dill (611) all top the 600 series mark. Whitehurst kept her good form all night with a 597 to lead the women.
Marie Richardson (556) and Simons (542) were second and third.

Upstarts stretched their lead with an 18 to 2 drubbing of the Changes. Shakia Smith had a 209 game - one better than Gina Coddington. Pat Price hit 200 on the mark.
Pitt also had the high series with a 543. Josie Richardson (513) and Traci Lambe (511) had the second and third high series.

In a top of the tables clash, Porgies took three of four from Flying Fish and now trail but just one game.
Stephen Paul (247), Gladwin Harvey (238), Richard Zuill (222), Patrice Tucker (225), Juliette Smith (206), and Yvonne Joseph (201) all added 200s to their resume.
High handicap series honours went to Paul (702) and Juliette Smith (679).

John Simons rolled a 252 on his way to a 620 series to lead all bowlers in the Barritt's League. Miles Smith had a 228 and Raymond Burchall a 225.
