Patrick Foster hadn't lost in Bermuda for four years until Colin Whitney laid a defeat on him.

The two pros will lead their clubs into battle when they meet next Thursday at 6pm at the Bermuda Squash Racquets Club.

The BSRA will take on a team of 20 players from The CourtHouse in what has now become a regular team squash challenge.

The first of these challenges was held back in June last year and since each club has hosted two match nights with the spoils being split evenly.

The upcoming match should be fiercely contested with very strong line ups for both clubs being selected. Top young squash star Micah Franklin is turning out for the BSRA, as is former top junior highly ranked national star Thomas Sherratt. At the top end of the order for both teams will be resident pro's at the two clubs Patrick Foster (BSRA) against Colin Whitney (CH). In the previous meeting Whitney inflicted the first loss for National Champion Foster on Bermudian soil in 4 years so interest in this game should be high.

Other names on the teams that stand out are BSRA Over 45 Club Champion Jan Brewer as well as National Veterans Champion Tony Prentice. On the CourtHouse Team the strength in depth is obvious with names like JP Dyer, Andy McComb, Michael Verster, Ricki Hornett and Dave Norman all making the CourtHouse look a tough opposition to beat.

Entrance is free to any spectators wishing to come down and watch. Games will start at 6pm at the BSRA Club in Devonshire, located next to Somersfield Academy. For any more information on this event or anything to do with squash in Bermuda visit bermudasquash.com.
