FRIDAY, NOV. 2: It will be twice the power on Sunday at the Bermuda Motor Sports Park at Southside.

The Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club and the Bermuda Karting Association will once again both be on the track providing spectators with two motor sports to get revved up about.

Cyril Whitter who is president of the BMRC and club Team Tuned, said: “The combined excitement of motorcycle and karting racing bundled into one event has provided a fitting close to the end of another race season.

“Team Tuned’s youth development programme has been in operation since 2007 and will finish off the year with one more championship under its belt: the 2012 GP125 Championship.

“Additionally, the programme is on course to secure second position in the 2012 Supermoto Championship with youth rider Kewaun Gilbert.”

Racing gets underway at noon.

Tickets are $5 for adults with children under 12 and seniors are free. There will be a gate prize of $100 travel voucher from C-Travel.
