Arruda wields Magic bat in win

A 13-run third inning gave Where My Pitches At an easy victory.
Robbie Shawn led the hit parade by going 3-3 with four RBI while Joe Kelin was 3-4 and also drove home four runs for the victors.
Michael O’Connor (2-3), Sitara Zafar (2-3), Troy Pitcher (2-2) and Brandon Cressman (2-4) all managed two hits for Pitches At.
Only leadoff man Allen Lee (2-2) managed two hits for the Corporation of Hamilton while Seam Purnell scored two runs.
Black Magic 8, Flanagan’s 6
Michael Oliviera’s three-run homer in the first put Black Magic on the road to hand Flanagan’s G-Shock its first loss. Magic picked up single runs in the third and sixth and had another three run rally in the fifth to have enough runs to win this one.
Steven Rance and Nelson Arruda were both 2-4 in the victory for Magic while teammate Karl DeAllie was 2-3.
The Magic’s sixth inning rally started off a Carlos Lima single before Arruda and DeAllie followed him aroun to the plate.
G-Shock scored two in the first and three in the second but their bats cooled off and could only manage one more run for the rest of the contest.
Tracey Bean (2-3) was the only batter for G-Shock to collect two hits but Sherrice Bobowski was 1-2 in a limited role.
