A great white shark has moved within 100 miles of Bermuda, according to the latest data.
Mary Lee was tagged by scientists on September 17, 2012 in Cape Cod.
Since that time she has been tracked moving along the east coast of the US from Jacksonville to off Boston, before heading down towards Bermuda.
The latest satellite data indicates that the 3,456lbs shark is just under 90 miles north of Bermuda.
The project to track great white sharks across the globe has been conducted by Ocearch – which describes itself as a non profit making organization with a global reach for unprecedented research on the ocean's giants.
