The Bermuda cricket squad has been putting in the work ahead of a four-match series and training programme in Barbados, which starts tomorrow.
The touring group, which will see Rodney Trott skipper the side the absence of Stephen Outerbridge who has work commitments, has been training three days a week under the guidance of team coach Arnold Manders, assistant coach Clevie Wade, fast bowling coach Lorenzo Tucker and assistant coach Irving Romaine.
The team have been practising indoors at BHS two nights a week. They have also been practising on Saturdays at various outdoor venues.
In Barbados the team will play a series of 50 over and T10 matches against Barbados representative teams to provide crucial international match practice.
Bermuda will then participate in the ICC Americas Region T20 qualifying event to be held in Fort Lauderdale from March 18-22.
The top two teams in this tournament will progress to the World T20 qualifying event to be held in Dubai in November.
Bermuda then has a four-mtach series planned with the USA as preparation for the ICC World Cricket League Division 3 tournament in Bermuda.

David Hemp and Joshua Gilbert are unavailable.
