Biker to stand trial over crash
A 27-year-old man today denied injuring someone while driving without due care.
Jean-Sebastian Theberge of Paget pleaded not guilty in Magistrate's Court to causing grievous bodily harm to Emilie Claramunt on June 16 in Hamilton Parish by driving a motorcycle without due care and attention.
No details of the case were given in court and Mr Theberge was granted $2,000 bail. He will stand trial in February.
