A bus driver today denied intruding on the privacy of two girls.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, denied intruding on the privacy of one girl on September 18 last year on a bus in St George’s.
The second incident happened on July 8 on a different bus.
The defendant, who is in his 50s, pleaded not guilty to both charges.
The girls are both under the age of 16.
The court heard the defendant is a bus driver but is not currently working.
Magistrate Maxanne Caines adjourned the matter to September 12 and granted the defendant $2,000 bail with one surety.
She also ordered that he not be alone with a female under the age of 16 as a bail condition.
