Tucker’s Point has reported a rise in home buyers and is offering a further incentive — $4,000 credit at the resort if they purchase real estate.
Laura Anne Lamprou, of BCT Marketing, explained how it works: “A person books a fall getaway to Tucker’s Point and stays at one of the villas within the Harbour Court Residence Club.
“While they’re here they can take a tour of Tucker’s Point property for sale, both fractional and whole ownership opportunities.”
Speaking on the rise in sales, Ms Lamprou said: “A strong interest in whole ownership opportunities at Tucker’s Point has driven our sales to its highest mark in five years.
“Furthermore, we believe that the housing market rebound — in the US and elsewhere — coupled with the improved economic conditions for our clientele, have contributed to the rise in home sales.
New offerings
“Finally, we have introduced new offerings in the past six months that have attracted more people to inquire and buy.”
Ms Lamprou said Bermuda being so close to the US eastern border has also attracted buyers.
In addition, Tucker’s Point is offering a new opportunity for Golf Villa and Harbour Court residence club owners.
“Through our relationship with 3RD HOME, the world’s premier reciprocal travel club, owners are eligible for a complimentary, one-year membership entitling them to turn their unused time at Tucker’s Point into desirable
vacations around the world.”
