Resignation

Apollo Enterprise Solutions, Ltd. has announced the resignation of  Jaqueline Kosecoff, PhD, from the board of directors, effective May 1, 2014.

Dr Kosecoff had held the role of director since AES’ admission to the BSX. “The board is grateful to Mrs. Kosecoff for her counsel over the years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.” 

BCB retirement

BCB Holdings Limited announced that John Searle has decided to retire as a director of the company and its subsidiaries, the Belize Bank Limited and Belize Bank International Limited, with immediate effect.

Mr Searle, who is 77 years of age, has been a member of the board of directors of the Company since its incorporation in 1987 and was also an original member of the board of directors of The Belize Bank Limited. Mr Searle has dedicated nearly 30 years of service to the BCB Holdings Limited group of companies. 

Nordica

Nordica Life (Bermuda) Ltd., a Bermuda registered Class C long-term insurer, has released the Company’s audited financial results to December 31, 2013.

Additionally, the company’s board of directors has declared a dividend of $1.74 per common share payable on or before May 31, 2014, to shareholders of record on May 14, 2014.
