New book includes Bermuda’s museums

A new book about museums in the Caribbean and Bermuda is being launched by the Barbados Museum and Historical Society.

Titled Plantation to Nation: Caribbean Museums and National Identity, it includes a chapter by Dr Edward Harris on the evolution of the Maritime Museum into the National Museum of Bermuda, for which he is director.
